We are an official Galloway training
program that follows the
run/walk/run method designed by
Olympian Jeff Galloway. We
successfully completed our first target
marathon, 26.2 with Donna on
February 21. 2010. If you are looking
for a group to train for a marathon,
half-marathon, 10 or 5k, or just simply
to run with, this group is for you. Next
session beginning in April. Come
run/walk/run with us!!
